Email Message Missing in 2003 Word

Hi
Iam not really sure what went wrong with my MS word.The Email message option that comes up at the right hadn side corner when we select file/New is missing in my Word

Can someone provide me assitance on how to get abck the email message option back to my right hand side pane when I click file/New
