How do I stop option for "new blog post" appearing when I create a new Word document?
Hello I'm using Windows 7 and Microsoft Word 2007. Whenever I open a new Word document, I get two options: 'Blank document' or 'New blog post'. I never want to create new blog post. Is there any way to stop 'new blog post' appearing as an option? Thanks! Kim |

As far as I know, you can't edit the content of the New Document "page." However, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+N to quickly create a new, blank document in Word.

Or you can add the New button to the Quick Access Toolbar so you can access it at all times.

Thanks, Stefan & Belinda - both these suggestions are really helpful!
