Why are Styles inconsistent in the same document?
I have put together a document from a number of smaller documents, and I am attempting to format consistently throughout. However, half way through the document it looks as though the styles I'm applying are different, even though I'm selecting exactly the same Style name.
Is there a fix for this please? Why is it happening? |

Word doesn't allow more than one definition of a Style in a document, so whatever is happening reflects either a variation with a different (e.g. miss-spelled) Style name or that someone has overridden the Style with hard-formatting.
Selecting the affected paragraphs and pressing Ctrl-Q will remove any non-standard paragraph-level attributes (e.g. indents) and Ctrl-Space will remove any non-standard font attributes.
