Default how to protect my word file

hi , i want to protect for my word file and here is example about what i want :

i want to make word file and do these things with it

1- set user and password for file , also if i can change it online it will be better, like network with user and pass and nobody can login to the lessons if he doesn,t know the password.

2-the person who use my file cant move or share it with anybody or extract it etc..

3- i want to set timer ,so all information and every thing in word file! disappear after 1 week

from opening.

because i want to make lessons for students, and I don,'t want them to share it or give it to anybody

thank you

You can password-protect a Word document, but it is impossible to prevent it being copied or shared unless it remains on a system that gives you that control. Likewise, you can't rely on a timer deleting content - such controls are easily circumvented.

i just have 2 question please

1- "unless it remains on a system that gives you that control" do you know any system name doing that ,also how about Microsoft IRM extension for PDF specification?

2- can i made the password online , so nobody can see the mocrosoft word content if he offline , and i can change the password weekly to protect it from admin board (if there are one)?.

thank you again for your replay .

1. This is at the control of your school's network operating system and how its security and file permissions are set up . It also relies on the file staying there. Once you give someone a copy of the file, you have lost all control over it.
2. No. If they can open the file, they can save it, copy it or copy its content to another document. Indeed, even if you give them read-only access via network security, that doesn't prevent the content being copied.
