Default Check box symbol

I thought I knew the answer but I can't find the way to add a check box symbol to a word document. The little box with a shadow which is common to many forms where one has to select an answer.

Please help me find it. Using Office 2007.

Thanks

JDT

I found what I was looking for by going to Insert, Symbol, changing the font to Windings and scrolling down to find the box.

Thought others may be looking for the same info.

Thanks
