Default Pre Created Form help

I have a performance evaluation form that I can not figure out. It was created by my employer. The problem is they ask for the same information on page one and page two. Last name, First name, MI and the SS#. I have tried to figure out how to key it once and it automatically apply it to page two. When you have 50 employees to key this little step would save a bunch of time. I have called the IT department and the training department and no one can tell me how to do it. Crazy thing is 5 or 6 years ago it was set up just the way I am trying to do it. Please help. I need instructions on how to do it, because I have many difference job titles that I need to fix. Thank you for any help.

This is quite easy:
1. Unprotect the document
2. For each formfield you want to make repeat, click on 'properties' and:
• input a meaningful name into the 'bookmark' field;
• check the 'calculate on exit' option.
3. Wherever a formfield exists in a location where you want to repeat the data already input, delete the formfield and insert a cross-reference to the bookmark created in step 2.
4. Re-protect the document.

Default Repeat like field in form - word 2013

I have purchased 2 college text books, a dummies book and search all over the internet and you tube and can not make this work.

I have a 3 page form. Each page has the person's name and SS#. I need the 2nd and 3rd page to receive the name and SS# when it is typed on page one.

I have my developer tab activated. I know how to create forms. I just can not figure out how to get it to repeat to page 2 and page 3. I am using Office 2013.

Please give step by step instructions.

So post a copy of the document to show what you've done. Had you followed the instructions, I can assure you it would work.

PS: I now see you've created a second thread about the same issue. Please don't do that. I've merged the two threads.
