Please see attached picture.I am looking for Text which looks exactly like in the picture.Is this available in Word 2010/2013

Word doesn't come with a font that looks like that, but you may be able to find one at any of the many sites from which you can freely download fonts, possibly being advertised as pixel, bitmap or LED fonts.

To use the fonts, you simply install them, then select them from Word's fonts dropdown.
