Default A macro to reveal keyboard shortcuts assigned to global template?

This is a follow-up thread to https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...shortcuts.html.

As you can see above, Word lists only the keyboard shortcut assignments in the current document and attached template. However, those are not the only keyboard shortcuts in use. Keyboard shortcut customization made effective through global templates are also in use.

Can someone provide a macro that will list all keyboard shortcut customizations effective in the current document regardless of where the customization resides (i.e., attached template or global template)? I assigned a keyboard shortcut to a macro in a global template (a third-party template that I purchased) but forgot which key it was. As neither ListCommands nor Print What:Keyboard Assignments will reveal these, I think a macro that will address this shortcoming will be really helpful.

While I can imagine a macro to cycle through template Add-Ins, opening them and getting their assignments, I don't have a clue how one would do the same for COM Add-Ins.

The one I have is a global template residing in the default Startup folder, not a Com add-in. Could you elaborate on how to cycle through template Add-ins please?

Sorry, no, I will not. I am not a programmer, but a lawyer. While I could do what you ask, it would be a fair amount of work for me and I see no reason to do it.

If it is only one Add-In, I would actually open the Add-In as a document and get the report. You don't need a macro or code to do that. If you want one, I suspect you could record the macro.

The process of cycling through a type of object and running a procedure is the For Each X, Next X method. You can find it in a tutorial on VBA.
