Default I can't stop borders from printing

I'm using word 2007. I have two documents written at the same time. On one of them I turned off the borders and they didn't print. I tried everything I could to turn off the borders on the other one but they still print. What should I do?

Thanks Jim B.

Never mind... the document was a table. I Manually selected all the cells then turned on the table tools. There was a borders tool. When I selected "no borders" My border problem went away.
