getting rid of hidden text in MS word
When I go to the outline view of MS Word and I untick the box "show formatting" I see extra characters that I have not typed.
The extra characters are around all the bold text and the Headings. They are numbers that look a bit like this '0B0B0B' ,'1B1B1B' How do i get rid of this extra texts?? I f I go to the default MS word view I dont see this text, but when I try to convert the file to a PDf the hidden characters shows up in the PDF and messes up the book marks PDF |

You could use Find/Replace to delete all text with the 'hidden' format.
