Default How to perfectly align lines of two separeted zones? cf(attached file)

Hello everyone,

Can somebody tell me how to align the left and right column on this word doc?

Sometimes when I arrange the page (add a line etc...) there is a gap between the lines in the left and in the right

Thanks a lot for your help

Regards

Wha

Your document basically consists of a two-column, multi-row table. Some rows appear to have had multiple paragraphs being input into them in both columns. What should have been done is to insert new rows for the paired paragraphs.

Basically, whoever is creating maintaining the table needs to learn to use the table tools to add rows as needed. It's quite easy to do and requires a lot less work to set up than to fix afterwards.

Thanks a lot for your reply,

What do you mean by multiple paragraph?
Do you have a solution to solve the problem or I should start from the beginning?

Thanks a lot again

I mean exactly that - multiple paragraphs. For example, in one cell you have:
HTML Code:
Autocall Redemption Amount:

Redemption Amount:

Call Asian SX5E
with corresponding paragraphs in the next column. These should all be on separate table rows.

The same applies to:
HTML Code:
Autocall Valuation Date

Autocall Redemption Date

SX5E Initial

SX5E(i)

Asianing Dates

The solution is to create new rows above the multi-paragraph rows and move the appropriate content into them.
