using the insert voice comment feature with vista- help

I am trying to use the insert voice comment feature of word with vista and it does not bring up the sound recorder box - instead it brings up some worthless create package box. Does anyone know how to make this feature of word 2007 work with vista? thank you (it works just fine with xp)
