Question Is this possible - Email templates saved, need drop down list

Hello all,

Looking for abit of advise which is the best way forward. I'll try explain as best I can about what I'm trying to achieve.

In a word document I have some email templates saved (aprox 15). What I would like to do is have a drop down list of all the templates so the user could simply select the template they need and quickly copy and paste without having to scroll through the document.

Extra's to the project would be a text field where the user can put in a name and it would be copied into the template that would be selected from the drop down list.

To top it off, a copy button to put the selected template in the clipboard.

Do you think this is possible?

It would be great if some kind soul could point me in the right direction for this, but it would be fantastic if could provide links or something about this.

Thank you to everyone reading this.
