Default Converting Scan

Is there a way in Office 10 to bring a scan of a paper document in and convert it to an editable document? I read something about Document Imaging being able to do that but I think it was in an older version.

Thanks
Dan

You can use OneNote to OCR it and copy/paste that into Word.
