Default Extend text to fill page

When I copy/paste information into a new word 2010 document, the text often does not extend as far to the right border as the default formatting would allow.
I have to go in, line by line, and delete the paragraph marker to extend the line. Is there a tool that would do this automatically for me? I have chosen the right click and paste options, but, so far, nothing extends the text as far to the right as it can to.

I have tried to use find/replace, select paragraph marker and replace with a blank space, and this works as long as I do not select the entire first or last word. This approach makes it necessary to go paragraph by paragraph, which can be tedious for a long document. If I select the entire document and apply the find/replace solution, I eliminate all paragraphs, which is not a good solution.
Any suggestions?

In MS Word, you should not have to insert/delete a paragraph marker (pilcrow), nor should there be one on each line. MSWord "wraps" all text within paragraphs for you without any pilcrows. You must be copying/pasting from the web and/or some other like text not created in word. When you do copy/paste that type of data into Word, you are creating your own problem and you must go in and delete them (as you indicate you are doing).

This all appears to be a "style" issue and you can find some simple information at the following link:

There are other links that will provide the same (or better) information but, this is the first one I came to that was directly relavent.

You are correct, I am doing a lot of pasting from the Web in any number of different formats. I've "linked" to your first article and will give it a try. It reads as if it will work. I'll report back and thank you for the link!
