Question Weird message “the file ( ) should be opened as read-only unless changes to it need t

Weird message “M1 should be opened as read-only unless changes to it need to be saved” open as read only?
Please, have a look on the attached screenshot. The file itself is also attached
What might be the reason behind this message?

Close and reopen the document. When you see the prompt, choose "No" (so that you open an editable version of the file). In the Save As dialog box, click Tools, and then click General Options. Clear the "Read-only recommended" option and click OK. Exit the Save As dialog box. Save the changes. The next time you open the document the prompt should be gone.

It's the "Read-only recommended" setting. See my first reply in this thread.
