Default TOC printing Error Bookmark not Defined

I've created a TOC. When I go to print the document the doc appears fine on the screen but when I click print an error shows up. One or two of the TOC lines shows an "Error Bookmark not Defined" which appears on the screen and in print.

in print layout it looks good.
when i go to print it the message appears

i know the bookmarks are not matched up - but i want to print the toc as it appears in print layout, without the error message is there any way??

Thanks Russ @ techexpressinc.com
