Hi Rizah,

I wonder why you're using ActiveX controls instead of formfields for the document?

And, if you save your 'form' as a Word template (.dot extension), the users can simply double-click on it to create a new document that Word will allow them to save with whatever name they like in whatever folder they like with a .doc extension. Or you could use a macro to force them to save the file to a particular folder with a name derived from one or more of the fields.

Thanks macropod,

I am trying to force users to save or export only fields contain, without labels like "Name and Surname", "Novinar" ... etc. I uploaded an example. If you have any better idea how to make that, I would be grateful.

Thank you

Have you thought of using the 'Save data only for forms' feature? See under Tools|Options|Save.
