Question How to record document creation?

I'd like to record the writing of a document, from start to finish - a process that could take a couple of hours - in a way that could be played back (preferably sped up).

Is there a tool I could use to do that?

If the document is already written, I would create a macro that opens it in the background and then create a new document and transfer the content of the source into the new document character by character.

If you haven't already written the document, then screen capture as per the suggestions on the other thread are the way to go and will give a more realistic view of the creative process.
