Your new example bears scant relationship to the earlier samples and therefore cannot work with the code I provided, which was produced to work with those examples. What do you expect to happen with this example?

Is this new example possible in word?

I am just tried to adjust some changes in the code provided. But there is no effect per my new example.

I am just about to go into hospital so I don't have time to mess with this now. The code I posted was for a completely different format and will not work with this revised specification.

If the revised spec is mixed with the old spec in the same document then it is a much more major task to work out a solution. I will be out of hospital next week. If you want to contact me privately via my web site after that, we can discuss a price for delivering a complete solution.
