Default Show table list by using chek box command and save document on sharepoint by using command button

Hello they are!
I have two question.
But my first question we already discussed, and it was solved but I think I didn't explain correct my question so now I write fully discription .
First one:

In this screen you can see the table which I need finally. But I need function which shows each tables by using related check box.
For example when I click on to "Data of spouse" check box it must show table of "Data of spouse". If I click on to "Data of child 1" check box it must show table of "Data of child 1" and etc.

I attached .dotm file with macros which run perfect. But when I click on check box of any table it changes data of clicked table to First table("Data of Employee"). It copies all data from first table.

But I need only check box function which shows data from related table( check on - appear table; check off - disappear table) without changing the data.

Second questions:

I need macros which save document on shairpoint by using command button.
I write this macros ( you can see on "txt file") and it perfect save any empty document from computer in shairpoint, but when I use this macros on my current document it doesn't work.

Thank you for help!

Yes it is answerable but perhaps you might do better if you allow people a bit of time to read and respond.

I'm on a corporate machine at the moment so I can't view your code and therefore can't answer the question at this time.

I would arrange the form slightly differently though. The number of children can vary from zero to n - I would use a repeating content control to allow the user to add extra children as required.

I already answered your first question in: https://www.msofficeforums.com/word-...tml#post132038.

Kindly stop creating new threads on the same question, especially when you've already been given a working solution. This is the third thread you've created on that particular issue. It's also the third thread you've created on the sharepoint issue. Those other threads have been merged according to their respective topics.

Kindly also stop using a tiny font for posting, all that does is make your posts harder to read.

Thread closed. You may continue to discussion in the previous thread(s).
