Post Set page break so name and address stay together

In creating a multi-page member directory, the name is typed, the <Enter> key is pressed, then the address is typed, <Enter> is pressed again, and additional information is keyed in, with <Enter> pressed after each item. Each "line" is actually a "paragraph" because <Enter> key was pressed. The number of "lines" in a member's information is variable. There is a blank line after a member's block of information is typed in, then the next member's information begins. How do I paginate so that a member's block of information is kept together on the same page? Sometimes the member's name will be on one page, and the address and other information is carried over to the next page. I can make corrections manually with a Hard Page Break, but that gets messed up if new entries are made in the middle of the document. Do I need a macro to count lines and force a break when a blank line is encountered after a specified number of lines on that page? I have never composed a Word macro. Is there an easier way?
