When I click on a dropdown using Content control, I want the other content control to be automatically populated with address. Can anyone please help?

What does the first content control contain and what address are you referring to?

See, for example:
https://www.msofficeforums.com/word-...html#post46903 and, for different elements from a selected item to be output to different content controls, see: https://www.msofficeforums.com/word-...tml#post120392

It does in the sample attached to the post. If that's not happening in your document, there's an implementation issue.
PS: Please keep your posts on this topic in your original thread to which I've moved your reply.

The value doesn't auto populate if the dropdown text has value
Hi macropod,
Please see the attached document. I have Client and ClientDetails. If I select the Client, the Clientdetails doesn't autopopulate. |

There is no apparent 'Client' content control in your document to trigger the update.
