Default Adding Row with Content control using Command Button

Hello, first thank you for helping with the delete row vba. The add row with content control vba I have in the attachment is exactly what i'm looking for. However, I'm trying to code it to the command button Click to Add Row. I'm getting a sub error. Could you please help me? Also, is there a way of using both the Add and Delete buttons in protected document?

Thank you!
