Using a drop down list to expand and collapse
I have a document that at the end of each heading there is a drop down list with two options: ("Original text", "original text" - reserved). I want to able to collapse that heading like the expand/collapse arrows due when the user chooses the text with reserved added to it. How would I go about doing this? Thank you. |

Word has no facility for that within the document body; the nearest you'll get is by using Outline view, where you can expand/collapse the view by heading level - assuming you're using headings properly.
