VBA runs I then save as to keep master free from editds but does not work
I have created a document that takes input from the user via a form. Depending on selections by user certain sections of the document are deleted and the section header page as Not Applicable inserted. The problem comes when the document is saved as, the master (original document) also has the edits in place.
Any help much appreciated. KR Dingar |

You should be creating a new document via the .Documents.Add method - preferably to open a template (.dotx/m file), not opening (e.g. via the .Documents.Open method ) or modifying an existing document.

Hi Macprod
Many thanks, to get this in my mind correctly are you saying that the code behind the submit button should create a new document and apply the changes to the new document? |
