Default Macro- find and replace from preselected options based on frequency (like an Ad libs)

I am trying to write a macro that will run a find for pre-selected words and replace them with one of several pre-selected word options ultimately chosen by frequency in another document. Think of it like an Ad libs game.

Example: "The sky is blue"

Basic colors are pre-grouped, any instance of a color is picked up by the find and replaced with the most frequently used color in another document.

Can someone please help me with this example so i have something to work with?
