Everything in document went invisible after adding ActiveX controls

Hi All

I've added some ActiveX controls to my document - a check box, two text boxes and a datetimepicker.

After exiting design mode, everything else in the document is invisible.

I CAN see the other stuff in print preview mode.

Any help?
