Activex buttons
Hi All,
I am not sure how to explain this but what I am trying to achieve is making a word questionnare show questions once an activex button is pressed eg. a supplier would select yes or no on an activex button, if they selected yes it would prompt them to go to another section of the questionnaire. If they selected No it would then show further questions to answer. I hope this makes sense. thanks |

I've done this in the past by creating a macro that runs as you exit the checkbox field.
You can bookmark the area that gets hidden/shown. The macro then sets that area as hidden if the checkbox is empty and visible if not. Nowdays, I use Content Controls instead of ActiveX checkboxes but the principle is the same.
