Draw continuous line down over multiple pages
Windows 10, word 2010:
I have a need to draw a series of lines down left side of a multi page document. Using VBA code I can draw a line down a single page but I cannot find code that will draw a single line spanning multiple pages. Before I resort to drawing a separate lines for each page (can be up to 30 pages), does any one know how to perform the above. Thanks in advance Cheers Ian B |

Objects cannot span pages. Drawn lines are objects. Why not put the line in the header footer view (a header or footer can be anywhere on the page) and draw it once?
