I have to use a text, which contents the same word at several times. I want to change only one word to change also all the other words at the same time.

At its simplest, you could use Find/Replace to change them all at once. No code required. Or you could use a document with a formfield having its 'calculate on exit' property checked and, for all the other instances of the word, cross-references to the formfield's internal bookmark name. Again, no code required.
