I have the following words in a document:

Answer Explanations
Test

I would like to know if they can be combined in a macro or wildcard so I can delete them.

The simple answer is yes, they could be combined into a macro, not that you need one for this - you could do the same with an ordinary Find/Replace (you don't even need wildcards).
