Print copies of onepage document with different text
Hello,
I've been looking for solutions to following problem. I've got onepage document which I need to print in three copies with three different text at header/footer. How can I do that? I'm working in Word 2010. Best Regards, kciejek |

The simplest solution would be to turn it into a three-page document, with a different footer on each page.

This is the simplest solution but that page is fill up in many places. I don't want do this on three pages.
I clarify my need. I want to fill up one page and print its in three different copies with three different header/footer. |

If you bookmark the first page, you can insert cross-references to the bookmark for the other pages. Provided you have Word's 'update fields before printing' option checked, the cross-references will update any time you print. There are even other ways of having the fields that you fill in on the first page automatically update on the other pages. See: http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html
