MS WORD 2007 - Content Control versus Text Form Field question
Hi,
Is there a possibility to use content control the same way as Text Form Field. e.g. in Text Form Field one can use the calculation like the enclosed image. Is there also a way to re-size the content control and allow only numeric? Should any one have a sample that I could study and use equivalent approach, I would be thankful. Regards, Chuck |

Content controls don't have a 'calculate on exit' function, so vba coding is required for that. As for the sizing and formatting, that too can be controlled by a combination of pre-entered data (e.g. a starting value of $0.00) and vba coding. There are possibly other ways for the latter too, involving xml coding, but I don't know enough about that side of things to implement it.

Thanks for your reply, I finally decided to use Text Form fields instead.
