Default How do I prevent Autocorrect in tables

How do I stop autocorrect capitalising the first letter of entries in tables. I don't want to stop this for the whole document, just within tables.

Also, if it's related, where the setting to stop the first row and first column from being automatically bolded?

Re autocorrect capitalization, go to:

File > Options > Proofing > AutoCorrect Options > Uncheck ‘Capitalize first letter of table cells’ > OK > OK.
