Default In TOC, a line of dots appears with a page reference but no title

My Table of Contents prints a line of dots with no title. As I add to the document, the page number changes, but it's always present (please see attachment). Can you help me delete it?

Thanks,
blani

Default

It looks as though there is an 'unused' Heading Style somewhere on page 176. Go to that page and, with the paragraph marking (Pilcrow) turned on, delete it then update the TOC. It should disappear.
