Question Shortcut to an Excel file on Taskbar

I recently upgraded to Win10 Pro 64 and mostly have it set and working as I like. One thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to pin an individual file or a shortcut to a file to the taskbar. I did that routinely with Win7 and 8.1, but can only get links to a program, such as Excel, to pin.

Thanks for any help! RetiredCHE

Select the Start button, find the application in the list, right mouse over this and in the menu look for More, select pin to Taskbar
