Question New update ran on my laptop on Friday (already had Windows 10) now everything is slow

really slow, some letters dont type at all some finally appear 20 seconds later. really dont know what to do.

All advice welcome.

not just a problem online, but in word, outlook and on the internet.

I am perfectly able to use computers but i'm not really good at understanding how to fix problems like this.
