Default WBS modeler

Is there a WBS modeler for Visio 2010 standard that I could download or would I need to purchase Professional?

What is a WBS modeler?

//Disegard// I googled it. I have never used one...that accounts for my lack of knowledge of one.

When I googled it, I came across another link that indicated an add-in download:

Here is the link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=26229

Not sure that is what you want but, you can check it out.
