Default How to handle resources that have Bid on project

I am going to use Project on a new house I am building. Mostly for timeline reasons. I thought maybe I would add the price they have quoted for the project under their resource info but cant figure out how to make it work. Would be kind of nice to track cost.

Since its bid I added it as a cost but that is per instance. As an example my electrical contractor has to install a temporary panel, do rough in electrical and also final electrical. I am trying to figure out how to just show it one time. I could divide his quote by 3 and enter that, but it just confuses things.

Thanks in advance for any ideas you may have.
