Format problem in ppt viewer
I created a presentation with ppt2007 and use bulleted lists on some slides. The presentation looks correct when run on the machine where it was created. However, when run on a different machine that does not have ppt installed (using the ppt viewer program), the bulleted lists lose their formatting. The bullets and the text run together and are not formatted as hanging indents, which is the way bulleted lists are formatted by Word and ppt.
Anyone know what's going on? |

1 thing I would double check is if you are using any fonts on your system that are not installed on the system you are running.

Standard system fonts used in both machines. Plain old Arial that's included in WinXP.

Does the plain old Arial use any of the new formatting tools in 2007? (Outlines, Shadows, Bevels etc)
Also which viewer? Only the 2010 viewer can repoduce the above correctly and some indent formats. |

It was straight text, no enhancements or effects and formatted using the list tool with a plain bullet for each item. This:
Code:
o Ipsum lorem......... lorem ipsum......... Code:
oIpsum lorem............ lorem ipsum.......... |
