Default Shortcut to bypass all animations and go to next slide?

Is there a shortcut instead of using the control panel or right-click menu to bypass animations and go straight to next slide?

Default

Create an arrow in the corner of the screen, click Inset --> Action --> Hyperlink (on click) -->(Dropdown box) Next slide. Copy the arrow and insert it on each slide then when you click it on the presentation it will skip to the next slide.

Alternatively just press 'N'
