Default "Embossed" Letters

In the Microsoft theme called "Human" the letters look embossed. They have rounded edges and sort of stand out from the screen. I'm trying to get my letters to do that on another theme. I've used the same Font, Bold, and "Shade" but none of those things worked. Can anyone tell me how to get that embossed look?

Thanks

GF
