Default Playing Flash (.flv) in PowerPoint

Hello,

I've created a 30 second spot in After Effects and output it as a Flash Video.
This is for a closed retail network for advertising. The IT guy needs a PowerPoint file. I'm using Office 2008 for Mac. The help section doesn't include Flash as a supported file type, but I know people are doing this.

Outputting as a supported type such as .mpg yields poor quality and a very large file size. The .flv output looks great and is very small.

How is this done?

Thanks,

clight
