Default Adding music to Slide Show

I have one wav music added to slide show, but the slides will not transition.

I have tried music with mp3 also and same problem.

I have followed instructions with same results.

I don't see a "play across slides", but I do have under Transition, the timing to move to the next slide

Did you SELECT the icon for the sound on the slide. Audio Tools Tab is contextual which means it ONLY appears when a sound is selected/

I don't see a sound file at all and you have the Transitions Tab selected (which is not where it is)

You need to select the sound icon and go to the Audio Tools Tab (Third time I've said this.

Try starting with a new blank presentation. Insert the audio and make sure the icon is selected. It should look like this.
