Default Background Image

Hello,

I have created a slide with a background image, then I have used one of the design ideas of Office 365. With that the image was cropped on the left and a text area was inserted on the right.
Do you know how this was created? - because actually I wanted the snipped of the picture on the right and the text area on the left. I have attached the slide.

Thank you very much in Advance.
Kind Regards, Patrick

Tricky because Designer often locks aspects using XML to prevent edits. I have unlocked it and reversed images.
