Default Version 16.9 Export to PDF Crushes Images

Just updated to 16.9 and it doesn't properly export to PDF. Same thing with others after upgrade in our office. Many of the images get highly compressed and blurry. We go right back to previous version and file is exported fine as a beautiful PDF.

How to get word to Microsoft ASAP to fix?

I would be happy to pass it on but I don't see that here on my Mac. I do have 16.10 though. Can you post some before and after samples or email me screen shots (address in contact page of www.pptalchemy.co.uk)
