Powerpoint not recognising wmv as valid movie type
I am attempting to insert a video clip into a presentation in powerpoint 2000 on win xp. however in the file browse window that opens upon selecting 'insert movie from file' in the 'File of Type' field there is no .wmv listed as movie files. .avi, .cda, .mp2 etc. are all there but no .wmv.
If i try to select a .wmv file with 'All Files *.*' selected it claims that it cannot insert the clip as it is not a valid file type. Any help would be of great value. Thanks in advance. |
