Default Single embedded excel sheet for multiple graphs in PowerPoint

Hi there.

Is it possible to embed a single (unlinked to a shared or local PC folder) Excel sheet to be used by multiple graphs in a PowerPoint presentation on multiple slides?

Thanks in advance.

Hi There,
I don't believe it is possible to have all charts running off the same embedded sheet. However, you can do this:
  • have all your data in one sheet
  • create one chart from the data
  • Copy and paste it as and embedded chart.
  • Now you can duplicate that chart and re-source the data (and change chart type if needed)

Hope this helps

Lee
