Default fade in photo at end of video

Have a slide that has a 3:15m video but the audio file that play over it is 3:25m. Would like to have a photo ''fade" in at end of video playing but can't get it to work. Once the video stops, the photo takes an extra 3-4 seconds to appear but not fading.

suggestions please,

Can you add a marker +/- 1 sec before the end of your video, and trigger the fading of the picture to that marker, with a delay of 1 sec?
